Most anxiously awaited occasion “Annual day” celebrated in NIST with great excitement and hurried activities.  

Annual day was celebrated in NIST .Students enjoyed this special occasion with immense of joy .Dr.Hemachandra reddy , Registrar of JNTUA turned as chief guest of the function and Dr. K.R.Babu former S.V.university Registrar, Ex.Executive counsil member of  JNTUH as guest of honor both made the function accomplished. Chairman of the college A.V.Subba Reddy, Executive Director K.Venkatesh Reddy, Trust member A.B.Ramamohan Reddy and Principal K.Vikram attended the function.  In the part of the event students were distributed prizes to the winners and those who participated in the cultural programme to be presented on that day especially elated. Even those who are not actively, involved are excited to have a study-free day in college filled with fun, frolic and amusement. The venue of the function is decorated with Writings, balloons, banners and colors lights. Another important feature of the preparation is the regular practice session of the cultural programme to be staged on the appointed day. Students, participating in the dance, drama and music programmes, are called for long rehearsals.To start with, the principal delivered a speech, in which he first welcomed the Chief Guest and guest of honor then details of highlights of the college-results in university examinations and the awards that the students have won in various events. Finally the Chief Guest was requested to give away the prizes to the students. The prize- giving-ceremony was also an interesting event to behold.
