NIST is Affiliated to JNTU University, Ananthapur and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The college has been Conducting 5 UG courses are Civil, Mechanical, Electronics & Communications, Computer Engineering, Electricals & Electronics and 2 Diploma courses are Mechanical, Electronics & Communications.
